What is Cold Pressed?
Cold Pressed is the healthiest and best way to make juice from fruit and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables get pressed using a hydraulic press juicer that applies enormous pressure to the fruit and vegetables to extract the nectar directly from the pulp. Leaving you with the purest and most nutritious juice possible. Because everything is pressed and not grinded that means that no oxidation will have taken place, leaving all the enzymes and nutrients intact. Besides this, when using a centrifugal machine, due to the rotating blades the fruit and vegetables are exposed to heat. When this happens, the juice you are left with will have been removed from some of its vital minerals, vitamins, proteins and enzymes. This does not happen when using a cold press, thus making cold pressed juice the purest, most nutritious and tastiest juice one can consume. The amount of fresh vegetables and fruits that will go into a 500ml bottle is about 2kg – 3kg. As this is almost impossible to eat everyday, drinking a cold pressed juice is the easiest way to obtain all your vitamins and minerals.
